The following documents describe the center - it's goals, funding model, and IP and membership agreement.

Technical Brief - goals and mission of the center; its organization, affiliated faculty and universities
Funding Model - how industry funds are employed for research goals.
Agreement - draft version of the membership and IP agreement. The agreement in its current form does not support open source products as outcomes of work. This is a clear shortcoming that we are addressing (2/11/07).

Data Mining and Bioinformatics - summary document of ongoing research in data mining and bioinformatics. These results, funded from other sources, give a snapshot of products that can be leveraged through center affiliation.
